Botany.bio is closing

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Botany.bio will be closing permanently. Our last day of operations has not been decided yet, however we anticipate that it will be in the next few months. We will announce more details when we have them.

With that said, we would like to thank every one of you for your continued support and advocacy since the beginning of this project. Though we will no longer be involved in this industry, we are passionate about the ongoing research in this area, and are hopeful that many great discoveries await. We are so humbled by your support and are wishing all of you the very best in your own journey of personal discovery.

Q: Why is Botany.bio closing?
A: Unfortunately due to increased regulatory requirements over the last year we have concluded it is not possible to continue to operate.

Q: I plan on placing an order before the closing date, will I receive it like normal?
A: Yes, you will.

Q: I have an issue with an order right now. What do I do?
A: Our customer support team is available to help you. You can email them directly at support@botany.bio.

Q: What if I have an issue with an order that arrives after closure?
A: Our support team will find a way to help you. You can contact them directly at support@botany.bio.

Q: Will there be any delay in shipping my order?
A: There will be no delay, we will ship orders as usual.

Q: Can I purchase products directly from you after closure?
A: Unfortunately, no.

Q: Where do you recommend I purchase my favorite products after closure?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t recommend anyone.

Q: If a product goes out of stock before closure, will it be restocked?
A: Unfortunately, no.

Q: I have store credit. Do I need to spend it on or before the closing date in order to be able to use it?
A: Yes, you do. All unused store credit will be unavailable after closure.

Q: Can I have my remaining store credit returned as a refund or PayPal?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Q: What will you do with residual stock after closure?
A: We will destroy it.

Q: Can I make a large wholesale purchase at a discount?
A: Yes. If you are planning to order more than $1000 worth of product, please reach out to our support team about wholesale pricing.
